Bring RoboTUM's brand to life by designing stunning visuals, enhancing UI/UX, and creating engaging content across digital and print media.
Responsibilities & Tasks
Design eye-catching graphics, posters, and banners using tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials.
Develop creative assets for social media, marketing campaigns, and event promotions.
Develop new templates, icons, and graphic elements to enhance brand recognition.
Collaborate on logo designs and merchandise concepts.
Create UI/UX wireframes and visual assets for RoboTUM’s website or digital platforms.
Optimize graphics for mobile and web-friendly formats.
Design simple motion graphics or animations using After Effects or Figma.
Assist in enhancing video content with visually engaging overlays and graphics.
Design visually appealing presentations and pitch decks.
Develop banners, backdrops, and promotional materials for RoboTUM’s events.
General Responsibilities: Attend weekly/bi-weekly departmental & organizational RoboTUM meetings, as well as occasional spontaneous meetings as needed. Answer emails and messages within 24 hours (be comfortable using Slack). Adhere to RoboTUM policies and be willing to help when the team needs you

Minimum Qualifications
Proficiency in graphic design tools like Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or Canva.
Understanding of typography, color theory, and branding principles.
Ability to create clean, modern, and engaging visual designs.
Strong attention to detail and an eye for aesthetics.
Ideal Qualifications
Experience in UI/UX design using Figma or Adobe XD.
Familiarity with motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Previous experience designing for social media, websites, or marketing campaigns.
Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to bring abstract ideas to life visually.
Estimated Time Commitment
6-8 hours per week, with flexibility during event-heavy periods.
