Responsibilities & Tasks
• Monitor Progress & Coordination: Track department goals, ensure deadlines are met, and facilitate communication between teams. Maintain clear documentation and status reports on operational projects
• Meeting Facilitation: Schedule and run regular check-ins with department leads, ensuring timely completion of action items and coordinating follow-ups
• Task & Resource Management: Oversee workload distribution, track key deliverables, and assist in removing roadblocks to ensure flawless task execution
• Governance & Strategic Input: As a Senior RoboTUM Fellow, get the chance to vote on new project proposals and provide operational insights at Senior meetings
• General Responsibilities: Attend weekly/bi-weekly departmental & organizational RoboTUM meetings, as well as occasional spontaneous meetings as needed. Answer emails and messages within 24 hours (be comfortable using Slack). Adhere to RoboTUM policies and be willing to help when the team needs you
Minimum Qualifications
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with project management tools (specifically Notion)
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate between teams
• Open and/or flexible availability
Ideal Qualifications
• Experience in operations, business administration, or team management
• Leadership experience in student organizations or clubs
• Familiarity with robotics or tech initiatives
Average Weekly Time Commitment
• 5–10 hours per week, with flexibility during peak periods and personal schedule
